“I am NOT a fan of change and was absolutely dreading getting a new phone but had to because mine was so old certain apps weren't even working anymore. Lindsey D was the only thing that made this entire ordeal even tolerable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helped me through dozens of silly questions, got me an awesome deal on a phone that is just the new version of my old one so I still felt comfortable about the transition, and just made the whole thing as easy as possible. “I was in on Saturday to lower my mother's cable/internet bill and to switch two phones over from Verizon. Ricardo was our Representative that day and He did an Amazing job with helping us lower costs and switch everything over. His co-worker Eternity was helping as well. They were professional and were able to handle all the items we needed addressed. They were so kind and took the time to help us until everything was resolved and working correctly.
