“If you are looking for top-notch service without any hassle, this is the place to take your business. I have dealt with the owner, Tony, multiple times over the years, and he consistently delivers fabulous customer service. Tony always follows through on his promises and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need and want. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who offers no-nonsense service alongside great prices. He truly cares about taking care of his customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my wireless needs—highly recommended!”

“This Metro store is THE Best one in the Buffalo area! The staff there are friendly, knowledgeable and professional, especially Omar. Ask for him and tell him Mark sent me. They don't talk down to you as if you're not as technically savvy, not at all. It's the opposite, they explain matters in an easy to understand way. Plus the 'wait-time', even when busy, less than a couple of minutes if that. And the location is within a short drive for nearly all, less than a mile away from the I90 Walden Ave exits. Do yourself a favor and save the headaches and hassle with mobile devices for those who won't read this and see Omar at MetroPCS.”

“Abrahan was truly amazing throughout our entire experience switching carriers. He went above and beyond to help us through every step of the process, making everything smooth and stress free. I really appreciate people like Abrahan he is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about his job. He absolutely deserves recognition, a raise, or major credit for the outstanding service he provided. Thank you as well to the manager of this store for having such a great team.”

“I just spent 220 bucks here after a long workday and normally would be super bummed and pissed off after that. The lady that checked us out, Crystal, was so completely pleasant and wonderful in a non forced way that I couldn't help but leave there smiling. If you are getting in line here and see a line with a cashier that has curly hair, glasses, and just *looks* like a nice person cash out there.”

“I am NOT a fan of change and was absolutely dreading getting a new phone but had to because mine was so old certain apps weren't even working anymore. Lindsey D was the only thing that made this entire ordeal even tolerable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helped me through dozens of silly questions, got me an awesome deal on a phone that is just the new version of my old one so I still felt comfortable about the transition, and just made the whole thing as easy as possible. Truly don't think I could have managed otherwise!!!”

“What started off being a bad experience was quickly turned around by Iain Fehr the manager of the store. When we switched from T-Mobile to Verizon we were supposed to receive our rebate and never did.. we came to Iain about the situation and he stuck with us the whole time and really went to bat for us!! Thank you Iain!! You made me believe in good customer service again.. keep up the great work”

“I was in on Saturday to lower my mother's cable/internet bill and to switch two phones over from Verizon. Ricardo was our Representative that day and He did an Amazing job with helping us lower costs and switch everything over. His co-worker Eternity was helping as well. They were professional and were able to handle all the items we needed addressed. They were so kind and took the time to help us until everything was resolved and working correctly. We saved so much money switching phones over and re-visiting her cable/internet promotions. I just wanted to say Thank You again to Eternity and Ricardo. We appreciate your help.”
