“Hey, I read some of these reviews and I went with mixed feelings to this post office. I had to ship out a package. I was ready to fight.Surprisingly I didn't encounter a tornado. In contrast, it was a mild southern breeze. Fun aside, Kris made me feel welcome and greeted me with a smile and processed the package speedily and we even exchanged some friendly conversation.It seemed that the other workers were professional as well. “This is a very small UPS store, but I've only had positive experiences here! The store is conveniently located in a big plaza, so I never had problems with parking. I will say, some people park RIGHT in front of the store and block the entrance sometimes, which is quite annoying. The service is great. The employees are super nice and even though there's a long-ish line every time I go, they get things done pretty quickly. Given the small size of the store, they don't have much variety in their greeting card selection or packing items (e.g. wrapping paper, envelopes), but they have all the basics.”
