“This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”

However, this week they went above and beyond when a package said it was ready for pick up but wasn’t yet at the store. They took the time to help troubleshoot, found the solution, and went the extra mile to call me with an update as soon as the package arrived. Plus, they remembered who I was (which doesn’t always happen in these kinds of situations).”
