“How happy & blessed we are that we found the best service ever by Housel’s Auto Repair Service helped by very friendly agent Rachel over the phone and professional workers of the Housel’s family business, where we received first of all the service full of empathy when our car didn’t work at all due to the starter broke but we weren’t sure and asked for help by Housel’s. Even they are very busy and were fully booked for the entire week an agent Rachel helped us to find an available window in their schedule. At the same day the diagnostic being done promptly and response back to us with provided price for the service and parts, which was very fair and honest without double or triple amount counted like other auto repair shops done to us before. We can declare for sure that is very trustworthy auto repair family business and we are proud & happy to be a part of this service as a new customers in Lockport, NY! We are strongly recommending this place to come and fix any vehicle!”

“Excellent service with quality work at a fair price. Niagara county's best tow service is beaumans garage.. The tow service is very fast and friendly. I also had them do a new York state inspection on my vehicle at the same time being that they are a New York state licensed Auto garage that can do the inspections. Thanks again to the people at Beaumans garage for the superb service....”

“I was recommended to Mel's service when I reached out to another local mechanic for an appointment that happened to be closing down. I am a young woman just learning about cars on my own and was trying to find a reliable, honest mechanic. I have taken my Chevy Cruze to Mel's service multiple times for work and diags. I had been taking my car to the dealership but felt like I was being taken advantage of. John (I believe) was always honest and upfront and took care of any problems I have had. The most recent time I took it in for a diag on an oil leak, he had me come back twice throughout the week before telling me to go back to the dealership who had just previously worked on my car because I shouldn't have to pay after having this part replaced recently. I did not end up paying a penny for anything thanks to his advice.”

“If you're ever in Lockport, NY, and need car stuff done, go to Housel's. They are not the stereotypical mechanic. They're super honest, and don't try to trick you into stuff you don't need. Their pricing is extremely fair. Everyone there is really nice too. They make you feel welcome and take the time to explain things, so you're not left confused. It's like visiting friends who know a lot about cars. I can't stress it enough, they're super trustworthy and have saved me from unnecessary repairs and saved me money multiple times. They do their job right and treat everyone with respect. That's pretty rare these days. So, yeah, if your car needs some love, go to Housel's. They're awesome. I always leave feeling good about my car and my wallet. Definitely recommend them!”
