“I like this cvs because they are open 24 hours so when you go to saratoga hospital an they write you a prescription for medicine you can have it that night an not have to wait till your local cvs opens.”

“I’ve been to a lot of CVS pharmacies all over New York State. This is the best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are professional, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure prescriptions are in stock and filled timely. If I have a problem or request they work with me to make sure my needs are met. A great experience.”

“Great place to eat. Nice place, clean and spacious. Very good pricing. Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Definitely will return. One should try this place. Not a lot of eateries around so this is the place for good food.”

“First time visit based on reviews I decided to try their sub. Ordered a turkey with blt, mayo, onion, Italian oil, and American cheese. Not sure oil and onion were on sub as it was a little bland. Ingredients were fresh, and sub roll was very good. I will definitely order again. 10.00 for a full sub.”

“Richard is such a sweetheart and deserves a raise!! Store is always immaculate when he’s working, doesn’t matter if it’s 10:30 pm you’re still going to get a cordial greeting and goodbye before leaving. He’s very helpful!! Shoutout to Richard!!”

“I grew up with this Stewart's and it's still my favorite after moving out of the Voort and experiencing how very different Stewart's are in the Capital Region.”

“Hot Dawgs with all the fixings..yummy and yes all the fixings. Literally I use the cardboard container to hold my Dawgs. Best 3.50 plus tax you can spend on a quick lunch. I appreciate all what you do.”

“This is my Stewart's. There are many like it but this one is mine. My Stewart's has the best coffee. It is my life. I must consume it as I must revitalize my life. Without me, my Stewart's is boring. Without my coffee I am useless. I drink my coffee stong. I must drink a stronger brew than my coworker, who is trying to annoy me. I must annoy him before he annoys me. I will. Before the Gods I swear this Creed: my coffee and myself are ruining my nights sleep, we are the annoyers of my coworker, we are barely holding onto my sanity. So be it, until there is no more coffee, but sleep. Praise the Gods.”

“They always have great ice cream selections with many different flavors including seasonal flavors. The ice cream is always creamy. The gas prices are also fairly reasonable.”

“We have so many ice cream places we don't need this by us but I love going here when on vacation. The chocolate milk is amazing and the ice cream is even better. We came here after dinner one night as this place is always trusted to be open.”

“Was a quick stop to pick up ice cream after a walk and dinner in down town saratoga. There are 3 locations close by. Their milk and ice cream are recognized and winners of multiple awards. They have frequent special promotions on their ice cream. If you are a regular then ask for the milk club card. The story is a textbook story of a local small town business that started with a single ice cream shop to 350+ convinince store across NY and VT. The store is family and employees owned business still run buy the 2nd or 3rd generation family members. Go local!”

“I go to this stewarts daily, and every interaction I've had with the people who work there, has always been a great one. There is this one worker who is definitely top notch. Her name is Kari I believe. Whenever she's working the Coffee station is fully stocked and clean. She learned that I enjoy Almond Milk and it's always out and ready. Today when I came in looking for the bagged House Blend coffee, she was quick to search through probably 12 bins to get me what I wanted. She's always polite and eager to help. This store is staffed very well and is the reason I have recently stopped going to dunkin donuts.”

“This store is extremely convenient to have so close by. It is nice as a retiree to come home and have an exchange so close. On some things you just cannot beat the prices. I hope it stays open for years and years to come!!”

“Stopped to get ice cream and I wanted the new Pumpkin to Talk About and nice lady working told me where it would be exactly in the pint size area, she even gave me a description of the Lid that is was blue and it wasnt in there unfortunately. She was kind enough to take extra time to go and check all the way in the back and came out with 1 out of 2 that were left in the entire store. I thanked her kindly for taking the time to make sure I got exact flavor I wanted and it was absolutely delicious thank you Stewart's!”

“I hope I get her name right but I really want to acknowledge Linda she sees me just about early mornings of week and I get the same thing redbull and cigs. She noticed I was upset and constantly asks how I'm doing. Not only is the service great but it's even better when you can connect with your customers and she has such value and asset to this company . Thank you ?”

“Awesome food with extremely good prices! Great place to go for a quick bite if your running late. There ice cream is exquisite (the best ice cream flavor is mint cookie crumble and you can fight me over it). Overall great place with a good environment.”

“Let's cut to the chase: I concur with the only other review for this Stewart's as of this writing - 4 stars. That fine review has stood the test of time, as has Stewart's. This chain has no affiliation with the line of sodas/root beer OR the burger purveyor we see in NJ that originated from the Midwest. Stewart's got its start as many legendary C-stores (such as Wawa): they sold milk and other dairy stuff with a model of vertical integration that ensured low prices and great quality. To this day, they have a "milk club" open to all. After 10 punches of the card, you get a free half gallon of milk or a gallon at 1/2 price. Too bad I don't drink milk. With the passage of time, especially "in these times," the low prices may not always hold true. For example, A bag of Doritos was $5.60, and an 18 pack of Labatt Blue (I like it better than Molson Canadian) was...$18. Neither of these items were purchased. Even the formerly local "pride of the neighborhood" Freihofer's cookies were "discounted" by a measly $1, when they're often BOGO. Still, they had a couple of local beers that caught my eye and I grabbed 2 tall boys for later imbibing. One was brewed in my former home of 6 years- Schenectady, NY. Another came from nearby Vermont. Those and a couple good sized bottles of delicious polar seltzer ran $10. Not awful I guess. They sell pizza for around $2.60 a slice. It didn't look great but I'm sure it's edible. Buttered rolls, peanut buttered rolls, apple fritters, and some other baked goods were up front. Coffee selection is usually decent and on par with the diner stuff- you decide if that's a good or bad thing. Camping supplies such as firewood and s'more kits were there just in time for summer. Come winter, the snow shovels and ice scrapers move in. There are a couple of tables to sit if you want to enjoy your beverage or snack outside of the car. They do sell ice cream and shakes made to order that the locals love. The middle of the store has a very respectable freezer area with ice cream, pizza, TV dinners and the like. Their half gallons of ice cream are very good. Not sure if they're still there size or if they've been "shrinkflated." The restroom was clean! The clerk was friendly- even greeting me on entry and offering a paper bag for my goodies. They are known for treating employees well with stock options and an Adirondack condo that staff can sign up to use. So why not 5 stars? The prices weren't the greatest, the beer selection was limited (but the local stuff is appreciated), and the parking lot is a little wonky in layout. That said, Stewart's are around from the NY/Quebec border down to Orange County, NY and also in Rutland and Bennington Counties in VT. I used to have one at the end of my block in Schenectady and was reminded today of why I miss it sometimes, especially compared to the QuickCheck that's next door to us these days. Stop by one when you can. Perhaps you too will be inspired to write about vertical integration at 10:30 on a Monday night.”

“Great place for pizza if you want to grab a bite but bathroom needs a little work (what do you expect it’s a gas station bathroom and it’s the customers that vandalize it you know) but other than that great place to go. Nice meals prepped up, coffee, slushies, drinks, snacks, Wisconsin cheese and other nice food and beverages. So many types of candy and gum as well!!!”

“Brittany is absolutely a doll. Her smile is contagious! She is the reason we come back for ice cream! She always is working as hard as she can, she’s always busy. Yet, she makes time for my kids. They always ask, “daddy, can we go see the smiley girl at Stewart’s?” I smile and say absolutely. Thanks Brittany for a great experience. Keep up the HARD work you put in everyday!”

“I love the initial post...we are in there everyday and one person is nicer than an other. I've only moved here eight months ago but I'm still in awe lol. People prefer yelling downstate!!! Thank you Walgreens!”

“I get my gas here 9 out of 10 times. I got my first tank of gas from speedway when I finally learned to drive lol. Any place I don't have to interact with people is a place I choose. Speedway has good slushies as well as smoothies and frozen coffee. I also like their hot beverages from the machine. Not to keen on their regular hot coffee though or their iced coffee. Everyone is always super nice there though I always give them a smilie on the screen before I leave if I go in.”

“We stopped here after our hike around Spa Park to get some ice cream. (We figured we earned it since we had hooked 6 miles! Lol) The service was great! Fast, friendly and she had an awesome sense of humor which left us all laughing by the end of our transaction!”

“Friendly staff and superb shakes! Best shake on Broadway!!! The extra thick chocolate shake is always the way to go or if you're feeling a little more exotic you can't go wrong with the banana split.”

“Time to recognize the great and friendly people who work here. Been coming here almost daily for summer months for 6 years. Probably the most customer friendly convenient store you will find. It is employees like Racheal that make this a great store. A far cry from the unfriendly competition across the street. Also great coffee still .99 cents any size.”

“Rite Aid Ballston Ave Saratoga Springs store has helpful, friendly staff and a wide variety of goods. They were decorating for Christmas (before Thanksgiving?? grrrr) so some aisles were a bit disheveled - but not blocked.Pharmacy and staff are wonderful - knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating.”

“Havent been up to but am endeared to broad thru and thru. Before I moved about two years ago to the date their ice cream service was some of the best in the shops. After a day of teaching in special education or even on an afternoon they simply and specifically this store could do things that others did not or could not do. Not going to say the treatment of the blue power aid is fair overall as it goes fast but most anything is better than nothing and they did a remarkable job catering to my very very high needs.”
