“I love the great customer service, spa (Denise is amazing!), trainers, and all the yoga and dance classes; especially Lindsey’s yoga class Fridays at 5:30 PM and Tina’s Zumba class Sundays at 10:45 AM.I also love that the yoga studio is right around the corner from the front desk and across the way from the restrooms.It’s the little things! The mint water cold towels and the staff cleaning the yoga mats after every class take my experience to the next level. Thank you!”

“I joined Orangetheory a few weeks ago and I'm hooked! Positive, upbeat coaches, fun music, and of course, a great workout. The Newburgh location has lots of windows so you can get some natural light during your workout. The workouts consist of time on the treadmill (you can power walk instead of run), rower, and floor (strength exercises using dumbbells, TRX straps, or your own body weight). They also have shower facilities available if you need them. I would recommend anyone wanting to switch up their fitness routine to give Orangetheory a try!”

“I was in the area for a short time and stopped in for a couple classes. The gym was very clean and Professor Steven Oliver and the rest of the gym welcomed me like I was part of their family. “OrangeTheory Fitness in Monroe is one of the cleanest, safest, and friendliest environments I have ever worked out in. If you don't already have a regular fitness routine, I strongly recommend giving this space a try. Some common excuses that people make for themselves for not having a regular fitness routine include: it's expensive, I don't have time, or I don't know what to do when I get there. Regarding price, it's just a small investment into your self-care and well-being, and will save you the the expenses later in life associated with a sedentary lifestyle. Regarding time, it's only one hour and that time can be stolen away from idle time in front of the TV or social media, and regarding not knowing what to do when you get there, the classes are preset templates, and the coaches are there to show you how to do the exercises and will keep track of time in each block for you. Give it a try, and you'll be amazed how easy it becomes to make it a part of your routine and how enjoyable fitness can be.”

“I don't know how to start, I came not knowing what to expect, I wanted to play college football and this is the gym that helped me get to that point of success. because of Wyman's Gym I have been able to get an opportunity to play college football, they don't just strengthen you physically but also mentally too. Wyman's gym is the greatest gym I have ever been to.”

“I came to a few of the bike & bags combo classes while in town for a few weeks, and I really liked them! It’s a good cardio workout and nice to get in the punching bag work too. Would def come again!The hours for the smoothie bar were confusing though — I would have loved to try them but I couldn’t quite align with the open hours.”

“I have been a member at Sportsplex for almost 24 years. There is something there for everyone. A nursery so you can do your self-care. A pool during the summer. And camp. My main activity at Sportsplex is tennis. I have taken lessons with Mark, Jane, And Andreas. I would highly recommend all of them. The junior program is excellent. I have taken yoga classes and worked out with personal trainers too. Sportsplex is like another home. The facility is extremely clean. The staff is extremely personable and very accommodating.”
