“This is one of the best Healthcare facilities i have been in, once you go in one time their memory lock you in so your next visit they remember you and great you with a smile. Its a very busy facility but you get everything fast your results comes back to you in a day or two, you are late they still try to see you but if you are extremely late they still will see or give you another appointment. “The pharmacy staff are always really nice and helpful, as are the people who deliver my meds.I wouldn't recommend trying to reach them via phone on Monday around 9am, any day during lunch hours or 4-5pm, and all day Friday, or you may experience long wait times on hold. Spent two hours on hold on a Friday over the course of five phone calls, all at very different times of day, ultimately spoke to no one. Had to call back on Monday. Boo.”
“Five stars for Anne Stevens, all of the nurses, PAs, phlebotomists, and front desk staff too.Zero stars for the first available appointment always being in a month or two, and another zero stars for sending meds to the pharmacy.God forbid you need a refill approved by a nurse, I have to call at least three to five times every single month to get them to send the meds to my pharmacy. I call 2 and a half weeks before I'm out of meds, that's how long the wait is.”
