Chase Bank is a good bank in a good location and neighborhood. It is often busy. The staff are friendly, warm, helpful, polite, and professional. Many customers feel the bank is the best and feel safe due to the security present. Staff services are good but the atm machines are outdated and needs to get updated like other locations . Very often 2-3 machines are broken down often. The atm hrs are altered to avoid bulgary and homeless inside that’s understandable but please get your systems updated asap .
