“Powered by Professionals (PBP) has been a critical partner for MOVE|NYC| over the last two years. We engaged them during a major growth phase, including our 10th Anniversary gala. PBP was instrumental in driving fundraising with our Board, honorees, and donors while managing end-to-end event production. Their support allowed our leadership to stay focused on high-level strategy rather than logistics. Thank you, PBP, for being an incredible extension of our team. Highly recommended for any organization looking to level up their fundraising efforts!”

“This is the only organization that I would recommend studying Kabbalah with, as the lineage is traced back and unbroken from the great Sages of the past. This Spiritual technology has been instrumental in my personal healing and evolution. Love the work they do here, and everyone I have encountered is truly committed to the mission of spreading and making this this life-changing information available to humanity. This is service in its purist form.”

“A small intimate venue that has great sound proofing. I had the privilege of seeing Marcus Gilmore and others during Jazz Fest and it was one of my favorite venues. You can choose the floor or upstairs for an arial view. It’s a tight squeeze so make sure to arrive early for a good seat! Highly recommend!”

“I cannot express how grateful I am to Felipe and the team at LGW. He turned what felt like an impossible and overwhelming process into such a smooth and wonderful experience. At every panicked moment, he explained each step clearly, answered every question (no matter how small), and proactively kept me updated so I never felt lost or anxious about the process. What truly sets Felipe apart is his kindness -- Midway through my visa process, he was facing incredibly difficult personal circumstances, but he never let that affect how he treated my case. He checked in regularly, prioritized my needs, and made sure every document and deadline was handled perfectly. Thanks to him, everything was completed on time and without the stress I’d been bracing for. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed it without him. He goes above and beyond, and his support made a life-changing transition so much easier. I am so deeply thankful to him!”

“I had my rescue spayed at their clinic and adopted her little brother from the cafe and everything went 100% smoothly. They are very communicative and give you any and all information you might need when dealing with new kittens in the home. Any time I’ve had a concern I’ve been able to email and get a response in a few hours. They made some very stressful moments exponentially easier (and cheaper!) The people who run the clinic and take care of adoptions are so kind and always want the best for your babies.”

“A lovely, calm, and interesting museum that my kids and I both loved visiting. They loved the water play area and the Boogie Story Time! My toddler enjoyed the area for young kids and I really appreciated Melody being so welcoming and patient while showing her some ideas of how to play. We took the subway to yankee stadium and were a little confused but, yes, you need to follow the sidewalk over the bridge and highway overpasses and ramps and down to the museum. It gave us adults pause at first but it was perfectly safe walking on the sidewalk and for the kids it was all part of the exciting adventure :)”

“PAWS Has to be one of the best non profit, charitable organizations in New York City and maybe one of the best kept secrets.. They saved my life and my dogs life. If not for PAWS I couldn't afford to keep my dog having to pay for dog walkers. Their volunteer dog walkers are some of the most wonderful people to have entered my life. My dog has been by my side through a very dark and painful transition in my life and without her companionship who knows what I may have done. But volunteering is only a part of the services they offer. If you love animals and have some spare time, sign up to be a volunteer. There's a shortage and are rneeded desparately. If you have some extra money and a big heart or if you need a tax deduction donate, donate, donate.”

“We recently hosted a big family celebration at Brooklyn Bank. From the moment we first laid eyes on the space, we knew this was the right venue for our party. The interior design is so magnificent that the photos on the website hardly do it justice. The staff at Brooklyn Bank were a pleasure to work with, before and during the event. They allowed us to visit several times in advance of our event for planning purposes. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking to throw a memorable celebration or event in Brooklyn!”

“In the summer of 2023, I was leaving Fairway Supermarket (now called Food Bazaar) in Douglaston when a woman outside the supermarket was handing out flyers. I took a flyer which read Bayside Meditation and placed it in my bag of groceries not realizing that flyer would change my life. Fast forward into the Fall of 2023, during a stressful time in my life, I decided to visit Bayside Meditation. I had such a wonderful experience during my first session. The meditation sessions are facilitated by Anna and Sunhae, two beautiful, empathetic and loving women. Sessions can be done individually or with groups. The sessions are welcoming, calming, and thoughtfully guided, creating a safe space for both beginners and those with more meditation experience. Both Anna and Sunhae lead with clarity, compassion, and intention, making it easy to stay present and engaged throughout the practice. I have participated in both group sessions and individual sessions. I personally appreciate the individual sessions which give me the opportunity to slow down and reconnect with myself in a meaningful way. Each session leaves me feeling more grounded, centered, and refreshed. There are many members at Bayside Meditation. From time to time, both Anna and Sunhae organize field trips for meditation sessions, ie Jones Beach, Cunningham Park and Crocheron Park to list a few. This meditation group has become a valuable part of my self-care routine, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to reduce stress, improve mindfulness or deepen their meditation practice. They give you a sense of community. I am now a part of this beautiful community!”

“One of the best places in the neighborhood to visit with kids. My kids absolutely love coming here, and there is plenty for them to enjoy. We ended up staying for the whole afternoon because they were having such a good time and didn’t want to leave. It’s a great place for families to spend a few fun hours together, and we will definitely come back again.”
