“I had a great experience with one of the associates at Dollar Tree named Ajanta. When I walked into the store, the lines were long and the staff were clearly very busy. Despite that, Ajanta took the time to help me with a return, even though she was about to clock out. She was incredibly patient and still made the effort to assist me, which I truly appreciated. She went the extra mile to provide great customer service.
The manager on site, Vanessa, had to be called to approve the return. When she came over to assist, she seemed unpleasant and initially came across as annoyed about having to help with the situation.
I hope Ajanta receives recognition for how helpful and professional she was. Even though she was about to finish her shift, she still took the time to assist me and handled my return with patience and kindness. Associates like her truly make a difference in the customer experience.”

I have enjoyed watching the live selling long before my first purchase, Mayette is very engaging and friendly and as they are a legitimate store, you are assured that you are sold the real designer pieces and not fakes. “I’ve been shopping here for over 20 years and although it’s no longer $0.99 they have so many items at a low cost and even have items that cost over $50.00 but the store is well stocked and kept pretty organized. I purchased all of my Halloween, Christmas and New Years Eve decorations here and I go once or twice a week for what’s suppose to be one thing but end up leaving with a million other little things I tell myself that I need. You do have to check your bags if you’re coming in with outside bags and security is pretty tight so don’t feel bad if you see a worker strolling down the isles to check on you. I think it’s pretty funny but hey they gotta do what they gotta do.”

“In the past, to say that after I moved here in Woodside, I didn't even know that this 99cents Paradise, store exists. But in around 2000's, I used to just to explored the store & it has some pretty interesting ??? stuff. So then, I started to shop there & my first purchase was some garbage bags. Then from there on, I've been shopping there for some clogs slippers, some more of the old fashioned earmuffs, thermo warmers to wear in the winter, ❄️ bags of hard candies, but hardly really some cleaning products or some disinfectant sprays RIGHT BEFORE the Pandemic in 2020. All of the stores in my neighborhood, had to be closed which includes the 99cents Paradise. And that store was the ONLY one that had some Lyso Disinfectant Sprays for $11.99, because all of the other stores ran out of them. And after that they were closed. In a few months later, they reopened & I was SO HAPPY ?? & THAT'S when I've been shopping there since. (I also started buying a Lot of colorful masks ?.) So from there on, I've started to appreciate this 99cent Paradise store for not only being there for us during those BEYOND ROUGHEST TIMES, but also has become very friendly to me & has always been making feel me more welcome even if just to say "Hello!"????????❤️????♥️”
