“My God, everyone at the store is absolutely incredible. They were so helpful with everything that I needed. I don't live in New York City, I'm in visiting and needed to receive a one-off package here. I told them it was important and urgent and they went above and beyond to make sure I know that I received it. When he wasn't able to reach me that day, he called me until he was able to reach me and emailed me too. Absolutely incredible service, they really care. When I went to the store to receive the package, everyone was so helpful. I'm so glad that I sent my package here and anytime I need packages received in New York City, even if I'm far away in Manhattan or somewhere else, I'll make sure to come here. Thank you so much. “Harry, the notary guy, was so kind! He waited for us to arrive (even though he was supposed to leave at 5pm). We arrived around 5:15pm and he patiently took great care of us. He even walked out to witness my dad sign a document because dad can’t walk and he was in the car. The whole team there was so kind and attentive even though they were super busy. Can’t recommend them enough! Also, we called 3 other UPS locations and all of their guys had already left for the day and only took appointments.”

What's even better is that the staff there are pleasant, patient, helpful and efficient. Can't beat that!”

Today I had to resend a document package because I had forgotten to sign a document and the nice guy at the desk gave me a discount on the re-send. He also proactively monitors overnight package progress to make sure there are no issues. That is what I call professional service!”

“I gave 5 stars for my review only because of the very kind and professional young lady named Victoria who is the Notary. There were two more young women working there yesterday when I stopped by to have four documents notarized. To make a long story short, I waited on a long line for my turn to get waited on. When I stated that I needed documents notarized, one of the clerks told me that I was too late because the Notary just clocked out for the day and clocks out every day at 3pm. I told her that I called their store early that morning and was told the Notary would be in at 3pm. I arrived at 3pm. and no one ever asked if some of us on the line were there for Notary services rather than make us wait on line to just be told we would not be serviced. The clerk was very rude and pretty much called me a liar about the phone conversation I had when I called the store. The Notary hadn’t even left the store yet; however, the clerk refused to call her from the back to find out if she would be willing to notarize my documents before she left since I had been in the store waiting on line all the while she was waiting to service customers. Sweet kind Victoria put her coat on and left, but was willing to turn around and come back in the store to notarize my documents after I told her what happened. I was so frustrated and was almost in tears, but my whole mood changed to sheer happiness at the kindness and respect Victoria showed me. There are still good people in this world. Victoria is living proof!”
