“I am a patron of four leaf credit union in King kullen in Bayshore. I have struggled for the last couple of years with my bank account borrow from Peter to pay Paul and then Paul’s payment doesn’t clear at the right time and it bounces. you could say I was a chronic bouncer. My husband had been sick for the last three years so he had to stop working. I was already out with MS so you could imagine the struggle. May 2 my husband passed away and with the Life insurance I received I’ve been afforded the ability to pay off all my creditors. I was acutely aware that carrying this financial burden, I would not be able to afford a place in my own. I also have to move. When I went to FourLeaf, my teller was Stephen Landini, he was kind and explained where I could put my money and acrew interest and put some in my regular checking account to pay these bills. The thing is when I was trying to pay off my creditors they were reluctant to let me do so. But Steven was there to help me work through the complications with my creditors. And when he was out, Samantha Sanchez stepped in and was just as kind and understanding. You can imagine The emotional roller coaster I’ve been on. I can honestly say Steven and Samantha eased My anxiety, put me at ease, and walk me through every step. All the tellers at FourLeaf in BayShore King Kullen are kind and courteous, and have always been willing to assist me with what I might need. Stephen Landini and Samantha Sanchez are exceptional representatives for FourLeaf credit union.”

So Marci at the bank helped me out so much where she checked the cameras and was able to give me every detail of every move I made and told me where my cash was. The Henry Schein company has assigned me a rep who actually answers her phone and makes sure that the orders go through smoothly and accurately (Thanks Patti M!). I've been pleased with their selection of medical supplies and the attention to detail. The customer service is outstanding. The website could be improved a little, but the great human-to-human interaction more than makes up for some slight website clunkiness. On the whole, I'm impressed.”
“TDBank really showcased their superior service to me, apples-to-apples. Staff are great, every time I have banking business they make it super easy, I am happy as happy can be with TDBank in general and this branch in particular.
Here’s my tale of why- I have accounts across a few banks, including TDBank and CapitalOne. There’s a branch of CapitalOne down the road, and I had to deposit some old bonds my granma set up for me. The bank manager at CapOne literally told me to my face that they’re an awful lot of work, and it’s too much work for poor defenseless CapitalOne to spend its valuable time on. BUT NOT TO WORRY! All I need to do is visit a federal website, get a confirmation number, mail the bonds to the fed, follow up a few weeks later and manage the distribution of funds presuming everything went well. What the heck. It’s like the pizza place saying it’s too much trouble to make the pizza, so why don’t you go buy some dough and bake one yourself.
SO. I drove a mile down the road to TDBank. Polar opposite. I plug in my debit card, they take the bonds, I sign ‘em and the funds are in my account ready for use immediately. Took 5 minutes, no fuss, and they even had a lollipop for me. Amazing.
TLDR for face-to-face service TDBank is 5 out of 5, CapitalOne is a generous 1 out of 5.”
