I had one of the worst days and accidentally put coolant into my oil, and I was honestly so stressed and worried. I called Jiffy Lube only 5 minutes before they were supposed to close, and they still took the time to help me. They didn’t make me feel embarrassed or judged at all. Instead, they were incredibly kind, patient, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process.
The way they treated me when I was already having such a horrible day meant more to me than they probably realize. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and their kindness truly turned my whole week around.
I’m so grateful for every employee who helped me. Thank you all so much for your patience, kindness, and willingness to help even when you were about to close. You guys really made a difference for me, and I appreciate you more than you know. ❤

“These guys do much more than body works, oil changes etc. I could give more than five stars I would. I arrived for somebody work. Within a second someone came out to greet me as I was getting out of the car. He came right to the car, looked over the issue that I had, immediately told me the issue and the solution. He mentioned how long it would be and that they would take care of it right away. I was shocked that they would take me right away and they worked quicker than I could return. As for the price, it was so fair to me that I was surprised. Whatever car work you have, go to these guys first and give them a shot.”
