“Curtos worked with our contractor to provide a custom fridge that had complicated paneling that matched the woodwork of our kitchen. Unfortunately, the contractor did a poor job and it required replacement hardware. Curtos was very patient and saw the project through to completion even though the mistakes were not their fault. Even though I was in a rush because I was on my lunch hour, Kenneth never made me feel hurried. He truly went above and beyond to help me and made the whole process easy and stress-free. His patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service really stood out. I highly recommend working with him if you’re shopping at this location. I really wish I was able to finish my order at the store, but there was an issue with the computer not showing the product correctly. Therefore I had to leave and complete my order on my phone, but I was able to select the fridge that I needed because of his input.”
