This location was crazy busy, and both of them still were attempting to fix the problem, instead of just telling me there’s nothing they can do…”
“The staff is very helpful, patient and very professional. I had checked on line to see if they were open on Saturday and it said they were but only until 12:00. I arrived at 11:10 and they were closed. I read on the door that they are only open Monday thru Friday ?. I was able to get things done by the ATM but had questions I wanted to ask. So it will have to wait until I'm in the area again.”

I've been banking online with Flagstar and its predecessor for years, but needed a wire transfer and learned this can only be done in a branch. The Yonkers location was among the more convenient options, but still over 150 miles from home. Once there, after a teller expressed doubts about the time frame and what could be done, Kristyna stepped in and made it happen. Keenly aware of the importance and time sensitive nature of my transaction, she made the effort to also verify that the wire went through successfully. Professional and pleasant, Kristyna made me feel valued not only as a customer but as a person, making me glad I chose this particular branch and making the 6+ hour journey among crazy NY drivers worth it! “I’ve been living in the Bryan Mawr area for 20years. Back in 2014 I opened my first account with chase while I was still in high school. Naturally since this is the closest branch I’ve relied on the bankers and service from this location. I’ve never had any complaints but today I want to recognize a banker that has been there as far as I’ve noticed for a bit of time now. Jocelyn Williams was the banker I had the pleasure of interacting with and I truly want to give her my thanks and gratitude. She was excellent. So mindful, caring, understanding and patient to say the least. I only had about a 15-20 minute timeline until I had to get to my job in white plains and she fixed my situation, set me up for success and even provided me with advice and the steps I should take next to repair my credit. My credit had nothing to do with what I was even in there for so how she was able to fit that into a 15-20 minute window was just the cherry on top. The moral of the story is that Jocelyn was an absolute superstar and it calms me to know I have someone who provides such excellent service at the location I choose to call my branch. I would highly recommend anyone who reads this whom is deciding whether or not to bring there business to this location to ask for Jocelyn Williams her service and the pride she takes in her work is impeccable! ❤️❤️❤️”
