“I recommend This PC Richard in Yonkers, NY because they cleaned up a very stressful Refrigerator situation from another store. Kudos to Luis Figueroa, who is driven and who is a true Sales professional. I also thank the Manager, Bob. After trying to get a refrigerator at the Bronx store, knowing I had to buy a bigger refrigerator and change a cabinet, juggling salespeople who were there / not there, forced to purchase a 7 cubic foot unit because no one knew what to search, I was disgusted. I went to Yonkers. DONE. The Manager, Bob, cancelled the pseudo- fridge, Luis found what I wanted from the specs, delivery made, new fridge was plugged in and tested and the nightmare was over. The staff at PC Richard in Yonkers, NY was approachable. I did not have to chase down someone to help me. They literally greet you. Positive review.”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Andrew W. for the exceptional customer service he provided during my recent visit to Micro Center. He helped me exchange a faulty microphone and keyboard that I had previously purchased and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how far he went to help me find the perfect setup for my gaming needs. Andrew took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, went into the warehouse to locate a product I specifically wanted, and even helped me discover a few additional products that completed my gaming setup and brought me closer to the level of gaming experience I was aiming for. Most importantly, Andrew treated me with genuine respect and professionalism. He didn’t make me feel like just another customer—he made me feel valued and truly cared about helping me find the right solutions. Employees like Andrew are the reason people keep coming back to Micro Center. Thank you, Andrew, for going above and beyond. Your dedication and customer service are greatly appreciated! 👏🎮🔥”

“Jeffrey made my experience fantastic. My cell phone broke and quickly had to be replaced. He was able to transfer all of my music, photos and apps onto the new phone within an hour. He was super patient and empathetic to me not being tech savvy. I will only go to him for help in the future. My past experience with another worker was horrible as that guy was dismissive and annoyed with me. This time around it was super positive. Thank you Jeffrey?.”
