“Gabriel went above and beyond for us in a very difficult towing situation. He was able to navigate Newark airport’s parking garages to safely and professionally retrieve our disabled vehicle. He then delivered it in perfect condition to our local Volvo dealer, 70 miles away. This is the level of service and professionalism that you would hope for, but seem to seldom receive. I would absolutely recommend them!”
“Initially I was angry because it took forever to get it done, because It was a minor accident, but unknown to me there were more damage under the hood. When I went to pickup the car, I was so impressed with the work, both outside and under the hood. They know their stuff.
Few things to know:
1. They work directly with insurance, so if you know your insurance is not the best, look for another local mechanic.
2. It takes a while to fix the car, if you do not have that patience, look for another place... However, trust me you won't be disappointed at the end.
3. You get update through text message (not everyday), but if you give them a call for update, they will always answer your call.
4. They provide a web-link where you can see your repair estimate and track the progress... The 1st week estimate is not the final, keep that in mind... Most likely end of 2nd week you get exact estimate for the repair.
