“Excellent service so far, from picking up the phone to customer service, setting up rental and damage assessment.
The number of customers/ clients that walk in, even repeat customers I believe is a testament to their service. I’ll update once I receive my vehicle back. Keep up the good job.”
“My first time at Dale-Way and it just couldn't have gone any better. Jimmy took care of everything and kept me in the loop the entire time. The car looks great. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Dale-Way.”
“I had a great experience with the actual work done on my car. The person who handled the repairs was extremely nice, professional, and thorough. I really appreciate It. My car was returned looking great, and they did an excellent job cleaning both the interior and exterior. The quality of the work was outstanding, and I’m very satisfied with the results.
However, the customer service at the front desk could use improvement. The receptionist needs to work on her phone etiquette, communication, and overall customer service. The way customers are greeted and communicated with is an important part of the overall experience, and unfortunately, this part did not meet the same standard as the repair work.
Overall, I’m very happy with the work done on my vehicle and want to recognize the technician for doing such a great job. I just hope the front-desk customer service can improve to match the quality of the work being performed.”

“These guys are the real deal! After a week of calling multiple companies in the Bronx to remove a unauthorized car from my property I was able to find these guys online. Every other company I spoke with either gave me the run around or never called me back. I dealt with John who handled the situation for me within 15 minutes. Sent him the address, signed paperwork, and they were at the property ready to go. Wish I found these guys earlier. Highly recommend working with them. Definitely will be giving them the contract to tow at all my properties in the area!”
“I had my truck repaired and painted by 360 collision & Towing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Stevie and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. The bodywork was flawless, the paint matched perfectly, and my truck came back looking better than I expected.
Stevie kept me updated throughout the process, was honest about the work that needed to be done, and took real pride in the quality of the finished product. It’s hard to find a shop that combines great craftsmanship with great customer service, but that’s exactly what I found here.
If you’re looking for someone who cares about the details and treats your vehicle like it’s their own, I highly recommend Stevie and the team at 360. My truck looks brand new again.”
“Great fast and professional even pointed out that my car needed to be towed with extra wheels on the back to avoid damage to the all wheel drive system 100% recommend”

“My car totally died unexpectedly. I feared it was the transmission. I called J&J. Within 15 minutes, they had arrived with a tow truck and brought me to the shop. They diagnosed the problem and within a few hours had new parts on the way and fixed the issue. Not only that, they saved the transmission which saved me thousands of dollars. They charged a fair and reasonable price for parts and labor and were efficient and got me on my way the same day. They were friendly and knowledgeable and honest. If I ever have any more car problems, I know who to call.”
“Honestly this is the best auto shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to plenty!! They offer excellent service with a great deal of experience. They were very knowledgeable and addressed the issues with my car at a very reasonable price. The employees were very professional and attentive. Also the towing service was excellent and only waited about 30 minutes for them to arrive. Excellent all around service at Blue Wrench. Thank you for the great service.”

“Came here out of state. Had an issue with my aftermarket rims not reading the tpms. I went to 3 other places & none could figure out my problem the sensors were reading but the car would not relearn them. Told Willie my problem he told me bring it. I trust his judgement. He worked with a company that assisted. We changed my old sensors as the frequencywas too high and the new ones cleared & were learned. Light is off now.”
