“Their name was given to me by the responsible party's insurance company and being newer to The Bronx I took a shot with them and I am glad I did. They had the car repair like new and faster than they said they would. They even detailed the car inside and out. They did change my license plate holder to theirs (even in the front - my damages was rear tail gate only) so that slightly bothered me. But the after market license plate holders I had purchased and installed were in my cargo area (unlike another review for them I read) thus only 4-1/2 stars instead of 5. I would highly recommend them for any body work you need done.”

“From the moment I called them, so frazzled from having a tree knock off my car bumper, Jimmy was so reassuring and I knew that I would be alright! When I walked into their shop, Jany, their receptionist greeted me warmly, and they have a tiny aquarium with mini frogs at reception! I felt like I was treated like family and it meant so much to me. When I picked up my car, I also met Gus, one of the owners, who was personable as well. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on my car, truly looks brand new! When you are going through this chaos and stressed to the max, you want a company that appreciates your business, and treats you decently! Also Jimmy added in a repair to my gas cap, where the cord had been broken, for a very tiny fee. I highly recommend this wonderful body shop, and they are right next door to the Tibbett Diner, which has been in business for many years and has excellent food. Thanks again Jimmy, Jany, Gus, and all the guys who did a magnificent job on bringing my car back to life!!!!!!!! Old fashioned customer service is alive and well in the Bronx!!! THANK YOU!”

He walked me through all the information to make sure it was accurate - AND he suggested a better option - a tow to a 24 hour tire shop for a fix.Suggestion was great - and not something I would have ever come up with on my own.Tow driver (Donovan) arrived in 30 minutes as predicted by Joey - load up was fast - drive across Bronx was safe and unadventurous - and the tire shop was able to replace the destroyed tire and get me on my way.Running a tow truck business cant be easy - dealing with a lot of stressed out people - but Crown did a great job on this occasion - really came through for me.”
