“It's a Costco. However, some of the staff are not great when they are in stress. This place is packed, and it seems they are understaffed. However, they should not be rude to customers. I had this happened many times at the food court. It's a bit chaotic then other Costcos. Also, this place unfortunately does not have gas station, which is a bummer.”
“Great shopping. The new Rochelle store doesn't always have the items I usually buy. Had to go to yonkers and get them. It's a little inconvenient, but that is life.”
“Definitely less crowded than the other Costco but the stuff is more catered towards businesses or perfect if you’re throwing a party. They do not have clothes or many home / appliances or the fun knickknacks that you see at the main Costco”
“Very pleased with Wicker Warehouse. Good price on 8 foot table and service cart. Arrived next day despite 2 to 3 week warning. Arrived in good condition by very polite delivery guy named Mario. A note from my husband: please be nice to your delivery guy! Driving a truck is a tough job and retail furniture is the hardest of all delivery jobs.”

“Still, some of the best prices/pricing on most items.
Some complain that they are single and it's not worth it for them. I point out the costs of needed supplies, such as detergents, toilet paper, vitamins, clothes, etc. They then reconsider.
I encourage them to do a price comparison - including transportation costs. For example, the local Foodtown grocery stores are outrageous with their prices, now. Even if in walking distance, we save on costs with the additional transportation costs of bus, car, Uber or taxi, and that's saying something!
Costco introduced a lemon blueberry loaf that is well LOVED! I overheard party-goers compliment the moistness, flavor, and texture of the loaves. Those were a hit!
It would be great if they experimented with serving carrot cake as they do in some other stores.
As you may know, they sell different products in different stores, so it pays to shop various Costco stores - even in different states.
Visit different Costcos in different areas unlike your local Costco. Make It an excursion with a few friends, but go on a weekday morning, preferably on a Thursday afternoon their supply drops on Wednesdays. Go to areas that are not like your area. One friend is an avid tennis player. In some stores they sell tennis balls. In others, they never have and never will.”
