This is a wonderful branch as far as my own experience. Agents smile and took care of my reasons for being at the location with ease and without any attitude. It’s also newly renovated and clean.

maria at wells fargo cross county could use a little lesson in customer service. kind of rude to tell a customer to wait and then completely walk away without saying anything after i waited for my turn. only even gave two stars because i was tended to by someone else after she exited
