Slammed the door in my face at 459pm. The gentleman refused to let me even use the ATM!!! Worst of the worst...

You can't access the ATM outside of banks hours. How stupid is that? I'm going to switch my mom back to the bank I use. It's ridiculous plus the bank is charging her account high fees. Ripping off seniors. Shame on this bank!😡

totally dismissed me, went to try to exchange a ripped bill even with an account with them , called another wells fargo location and they said i could right away.
