“This Kohl’s feels a bit larger than others I’ve visited, which is a nice plus. Customer service is located in the back corner, which can be a little out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the biggest improvements is the recent renovation, especially in the front of the store. They’ve consolidated all the registers into one section, which makes checkout much more efficient. The store is well-organized, and overall, I had a great shopping experience.”
“We bought a jacket for my 5yr old 13 months ago. He’s 5 and wore it to death last winter and the beginning of this winter. The zipper was always a little hard to use. It stopped zipping. I was frustrated every time I zipped it up. My son couldn’t do it at all. I knew it was out of warranty so I called customer service. They said they could repair it but it would take 8 WEEKS! Dag. Can’t do that. They said to take it to my local store and ask to exchange or return it even though it’s out of warranty. Ok? Sure. So I went to the Yonkers store. They saw the jacket and how beat up it was. Of course they were hesitant to exchange or return it. I would be too. Najib, the manager on duty came and helped my wife. Even though he was hesitant (reasonably so, my kid isn’t easy on his clothing), Najib let us exchange it. I’m writing this review to show how good a company LL Bean is and how well they handle the grey areas of retail. He could have sent us on our way but he was calm, cool and really helped us out. I’m not a jerk who takes advantage of return policies like so many people do. It’s those folks who ruin it for the rest of us. The fellows at the Yonkers store were solid. Id happily have them on my staff and the Bean should be proud to have them at the Yonkers store helping families like mine sort through tough aspects of the retail relationship. Shop here. They’re good people.”
“Well kept departments with plenty of clearance LAST ACT items to pick from. Be prepared to wait when checking out. We tried checkout counters on EVERY floor and they were packed and moving very slowly.”

“ive had the gastric sleeve surgery. I started using their waist Shapers a month later, I started with the 3X and I use my shaper almost every day it's extremely comfortable and it doesn't rise... I am fully in support of this company and fast forward I'm now wearing their XL Shapers... im so happy and tell all my friends about it ... also its easy to wear underneath your clothes im wearing them with all of these outfits”
“Came to replace some Coach slides and did an exchange for some Mac makeup . First and foremost sale lady was amazing in helping me but she was by herself. There was about 10 people needing her help yet she killed it multitasking her responsibilities. Yet it bothered me that their were employees around not doing anything. I'm aware they have sections but it's just not fair for that one employee doing all the work. I think Mac section definitely needs another girl.”

“Usually find what I'm looking for at a great price but the store is not clean and the staff is not that friendly,are never dressed appropriately and lack people skills.The dressing could use some washing of the curtains and the walls are screaming for paint.”

“Wow! Whatta store!!! Just be prepared to do LOTSA walking and searching and standing on long lines, esp Sat & Sun.BUT you can find some BEAUTIFUL pieces at a decent discount. Everyone I spoke to had been there for 3-4hours! They have clean bathrooms and water fountains too!HINT: The 3rd floor has lotsa COUCHES where all the tired shoppers were resting!!! ?????”

“Went here yesterday for help with an online order return and the staff was pleasant despite a customer's loud phone conversation making it difficult to process what the man at the counter was attempting to relay to me. Went downstairs to get shoes and the woman named Dahlia helped me and was very sweet : ). Dahlia asked me about my forever21 coat and we had a nice conversation. Unfortunately it seems the staff get the short end of the stick when it comes to customers. Please be kind to retail workers! ?”
“I walked into AE just 8 minutes before closing, unsure of my size after recently losing weight. I planned to grab a pair of jeans and return them later if they didn’t fit, but Kiara, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. She encouraged me to try them on and guessed my correct size on the first try! The entire team—Amber, Bianca, and Edwin—was so accommodating and kind, even as I shopped with my toddler in tow.
They found multiple options for me, and when they didn’t have the right length in store, they helped me place an online order for home delivery. The store was clean, well-organized, and filled with great energy. This was my first time shopping at American Eagle, but thanks to this amazing team, it definitely won’t be my last. Great leadership, outstanding customer service, and quality items. Highly recommend!”
“The store is very calm and gives you a relaxing vibe, I've never seen it crowded. Staff are very helpful. There's never a wait at the fitting room. The self-checkout is so quick and easy too. I rarely wait in line at this location. Come during off peak hours and you will have the whole store to yourself!”

“The store was so damn cute. Definitely recommend. 100% would go back. Staff was nice but also seemed a little annoyed but it was understandable. Walked out wit the green top and my friend got the black corset one. Both on sale for $9 each. “this review is strictly about the yonkers location. this store obviously has excellent management! the store is always clean and organized. never anything out of place. always looks like a perfect showroom. the associates are so nice and they remember me when i come in. i love shopping here. although i do feel like some of the clothes are overpriced, i appreciate that the company has sales often.”
