“Quest has a solid, organized, pretty easy to use online system for scheduling appointments for specific blood work necessities.The Quest Center in Carmel NY where I go has been very efficient and the staff are quite friendly and patient.The results are reported within a day or two and all seems well. Then, you might have to speak to someone for an answer. Good luck with that. Perfection is not yet Quest's. Calling them to rectify 'issues' with billing is without being dramatic, a mini nightmare. I was sent in a 'telephone tag' circle, being redirected from one person to another (total of 4 calls) to get a billing issue resolved....to no avail. Everyone I spoke to at Quest had a different idea of who could settle a simple billing issue. At the end, I gave up to resolve it through the a credit card dispute where I made my case in writing to address the issue. I give Quest four stars for the overall experience....but try to get it right on your own Before there's a problem, because outside of clinic area, they don't seem to know which end is up.”

“When this location has vaccines, they're pretty good option. Last year when vaccines first came out, things were well spaced out with 6 feet between people, single file lines, and distance between stations.For the third shot, they wrapped around a different area with cubicles that were separated. The only issue at that time was the supply came late and took awhile to prepare the vaccine for usage after defrosting, so there was a ton of waiting.”

“I scheduled an appointment for today 12/26. No correspondence except appointment reminders. No calls or emails cancelling the appointment or anything. I get to the office and there’s a note on the door sayin they’re closed and to visit stony point as if it’s across the street.Edited to addI did reschedule for 12/27 and got a call letting me know the computers were down and to reschedule or visit Stoney point. I’m glad I got today’s call before going all the way in. I understand mistakes happen and things fall through”
