“Honest people!! I was traveling from out of town on my way to Philly from Westchester, New York and all of a sudden several lights came on my dashboard. We were told to stop at this place to see if they could help. A nice young mechanic came out and checked the codes and saw that it was the transmission body control valve. He spoke to his boss and they both said it was OK to drive it and there would be no problems. I made it back to New York went to my mechanic and showed him the same issue and he confirmed there was no threat to driving it. I really appreciate the honesty and the helpfulness that day. We had a great time at the concert lol Thank you again for your time!!”

“See before & after pictures! I cannot say enough great things about CARSTAR Empire Auto Group. After being involved in a stressful motor vehicle accident, they really went above and beyond to make the entire repair process as smooth and seamless as possible, ultimately exceeding my expectations. From day one they handled everything, from coordinating the towing of my vehicle directly to completing the comprehensive repairs. Their communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal. They kept me informed via both phone calls and text messages, always making sure I knew exactly where things stood with my vehicle. I never had to wonder or chase anyone down for an update. The documentation they provided was very thorough, covering every aspect of the repair from start to finish. When I picked up my vehicle I was shocked at its perfection. The office staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. A very special shoutout to Josh, my estimator, who was phenomenal throughout this entire process. His expertise, transparency, passion, and dedication to getting my car back made all the difference. Getting my car back just in time for Memorial Day weekend felt like the best gift I could have asked for after almost a month without it.”

“As a woman, sometimes entering repair shops can feel intimidating or you’re scared of getting ripped off. I came here after reading some positive reviews on Google and Reddit and I can confidently say it did not disappoint. While more expensive than some other places I’ve been to, you can’t really put a price on peace of mind and knowing someone is taking good care of your car. I came in for an oil change but I will definitely be coming back for regular maintenance. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign to give it a chance! I promise you’ll be positively surprised at their great service”

“I can’t say enough good things about Kenny at Creative Audio. The work he did on my vehicle was absolutely outstanding. He installed my aftermarket lighting and siren system, integrated everything flawlessly with the vehicle, and added several other features exactly the way I wanted them. The entire installation is clean, professional, and incredibly well thought out. What really separates Kenny from other installers is his creativity and attention to detail. Some of the things he was able to do are remarkable. For example, he integrated Whelen ION lights directly into the vehicle’s lenses, carefully cutting and mounting them so cleanly that you can barely tell anything has been added. Yet when activated, they produce an incredibly powerful and effective light. He installed additional IONs throughout the vehicle in locations where they're virtually invisible unless you know exactly where to look. That was exactly what I wanted: maximum performance without making the vehicle look like it was covered in aftermarket equipment. Kenny absolutely nailed it. Just as impressive was how well everything was wired, programmed, and synchronized. Nothing looks thrown together or added as an afterthought. The finished product looks like it belongs in the vehicle from the factory. I'm extremely happy that I chose Kenny and Creative Audio for this installation. When you're trusting someone to cut into and modify a brand-new vehicle, you want somebody who takes tremendous pride in his work and knows exactly what he's doing. Kenny is that person. The workmanship, creativity, attention to detail, and final result exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend Kenny at Creative Audio to anyone looking for a truly professional custom installation. Five stars without hesitation.”

“Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos to post. However, today was my first time visiting this establishment, and I can honestly say the boss, and staff were very helpful, respectful and supportive. My rear view mirror was hanging for a few days now, and I just couldn’t stand how tacky it made my truck look. Went to one mechanic shop for the issue, and all they did was put a crack in my front windshield. I decided to make a visit to bob’s glass works, asked the boss if it was fixable, and by the looks of his face, I knew I was in the right place. My mirror is fixed thanks to you guys !!! Lifetime customer 🫶🏾”
