“I wish I lived at 14109 year round because this is the best post office I’ve encountered. I mean I have a peppering of decent experiences elsewhere but there is something truly amazing when you’re remembered by your first name and PO Box number EVERYTIME, being handed your package with a smile and sincere conversation. Stacy is amazing and although I don’t know the other clerk as well she is also nice. They are here to help students and customers, not up selling or inconveniencing them just to be bureaucratic. Genuinely awesome!”

On rare occasions there is an extended wait time and the opening hours are somewhat limited .... but hey ... with such great service I can live with that”

“I’ve lived here 2 years, so far 0 issues. This post office deserves a higher rating than they have. A lot of the negative reviews are people who are just mad about 1 single mistake. The mail is still delivered by human beings and occasionally they will make a mistake. One mistake out of thousands of correctly delivered items isn’t really a good reason to trash your local post office on google in my opinion. They have been nothing but kind, courteous, and helpful in my dealings with them.”

“Great customer service, I missed a package and unfortunately I had to pick it up at their facility at niagara on the lake. I had another package comming the next day, I called and asked if they could resend package with new package and they did! I also filled out the form for them to drop off the package without a signature, and they allow you to hand it to the courier and not have to deliver it to their location. It was super easy and helpful. I wish more companies were like this, logical and helpful.”
