There is an employee Donell who I have had the pleasure to cross paths with for about 20years at work and home. Today he went out if his way to reroute and deliver my package which would have been delayed due to construction .
This man is so amazing at his job and beyond kind.
He deserves all the raises!

Excellent! Large office, no customers, smiling service, even a roll of packing tape to use if I had needed. The large suitcase I was returning to Amazon was on the truck within an hour.
