“Hi, just returned from Marks Work Warehouse Galway store in St. John’s, NL. Had a great experience that I wanted to acknowledge. A gentleman, Marcus served my husband and l in the men’s footwear department. Now my husband is a very particularly hard man to please as he doesn’t like change and would have bought the same Merrill boots that he had on again, which we bought at Marks years ago, of course everything changes and improves. lol. Marcus was so knowledgeable and had so much patience, not pushy or impatient, he selected a couple of pairs of boots for my husband. Then he went and searched to find a particular pair of Merrill’s, they fit my husband perfectly. They instantly connected as Marcus had listened to what my husband wanted and Marcus delivered 100%. I cannot recommend Marcus’s attitude, kindness, efficiency and the extra effort he went to, to make my husband a very happy man high enough.
