Shawn (the manager, I think) came out to my car immediately. I was finishing a phone call and he was patient and gracious. All four of the service technicians were kind, positive and engaging. (And it was a hot July day!!) They were fast and efficient. I highly recommend this business!!”

“I have been coming to this place for oil changes and inspections for years. The bad reviews do not make any sense to me because my experience has always been quick, easy and the work completed correctly. This shop is friendly, efficient and the price is right. Don’t expect a luxurious waiting room with sodas and snacks instead expect quick service with honest staff. I have NEVER been sold or attempted to be sold something for my car that it did not need. The free vacuum and windshield wash is a nice touch. They even send a follow up card with a coupon towards the next oil change. Hope this help.”

“The service was fine. I just have a problem with being talked down to by the service manager. When I talked to him about my oil filter, I was not being "cute" I was very serious and resent the condensation. It is very impolite to speak to women that way when they are discussing real issues about their cars.

“I went to the service center at 2pm on Tuesday to get a new tire on my car. It was locked up so I went to customer service to find out what the hours were for the service center. No one knew. Skye was very patient, courteous and professional. I started calling Walmart at 7am Wednesday morning to make an appointment to get a tire on my car. I spoke to Skye 3 times and finally spoke with Mason about 9am. Mason checked to make sure they had the tire I needed before I made the almost hour long trip there. I showed up and Steve and Angel came out to check my tire. I asked Steve to keep me updated and let me know how much the tire would cost before they mounted it. As I was watching I saw Angel putting the new tire on the wheel but Steve hadn't come and told me how much it would cost. I told Mason about it so he checked for me. Steve never came back to talk to me. Mason was very patient and courteous with me. He went the extra mile. Angel was also very courteous and helpful when I pulled back around and had some questions.”
