“Brought two wheels out to have the tires replaced, talked to an associate outside, before even looking at what size tires they were he said they could not change the tires for us, said they didn’t have the tires in stock (we went inside and checked before going back out, tires were on the shelf). We left and came back, with our wheels, grabbed the tires ourself and talked to a different associate who told us it would be no problem to get the tires put on and even balanced them for us. Make sure your associates know what services you do and don’t provide. Second associate who helped us was great!”
