“Great location on Clemmons Road ( US 158 ), but depending on time of day and amount of traffic it can be a real pain to get In and out of the parking lot. Once inside you are met by cheerful, courteous, friendly and professional people at the counter. The problems you may have getting in and out of the parking lot is the only reason for not giving them 5 Stars.”
“The guy doing passports on 1/4/23 (Mark?) was so very helpful. He was courteous, kind and quick. I was surprised it didn't take forever and also very surprised when I messed up the form, he treated me with grace, let me correct it and I was still able to apply for my son's passport that day. Really really appreciate that the most! My first attempt at getting his passport in November was unsuccessful (due to mistakes on the form, which offended that lady working and she would NOT let me correct and made me reschedule) but Mark made sure this appointment was different. Not sure how much he gets paid, but it's not enough. :) Thank you, Mark! You changed my whole perception of this USPS location. I never had an issue applying for a passport before I encountered the lady here in November but Mark redeemed the whole location for her!”
“I drive an extra 10 minutes just to come to this location. The people who work here are very friendly and kind. I don’t receive this great of service at any other USPS in Winston. Douglas is great!”
“This place has lots of 1 star reviews, but I personally had no issues. I thought the man that helped me was very kind and it was an easy and quick process to get all of my packages shipped out. I shipped 28 things between boxes and packets and he was very helpful in getting everything scanned and sent off. No complaints from me. They were the only post office open when I went too which was amazing!”
