“I initially called with a question which I was greeted with someone with a rude attitude, they also did not answer my question about the location. When I went to the store Jackie helped me and she was great. I was initially placed in a unit which had a maintenance issue. When I brought this concern to Jackie, she was already aware of the issue and had no problem transferring me to a different unit.”

“My storage is located inside the climate controlled area and is fantastic. I check about monthly in all kinds of weather and it is appropriate...I have antiques, clothing and books there for 2 years. Very safe and trustworthy...great customer service from Tiffany and the prices are extremely reasonable compared to nearby storage. I highly recommend. Very clean and well kept...not a single issue in two years!”
