“I was greeted when I walked into the store ,a very young man ask if he could help me. I told him what I wanted He looked it up I needed a headlight replacement I told him I wanted the Ultra bright one. He asks me if I knew the Price. I said they are around $60. Bucks. He told me I was in luck because they had come down in price. After he had rung the price it was $43. I paid him and Stated out I looked into the bag I noticed that the label said Basic. I turned around. I handed the pack back to him. He told me they were the same. I explained that they were not. An older man overheard our conversation and Corrected him. I took the pack to the rack the older gentleman came over and helped me. I showed it to the young man. He was very nice. Refunded and recharged me for the item I wanted. He Appoliged. I was lucky. Yes I tried missing him; slamming on brakes; blowing horn and swerving with nowhere to go (ditch or hit truck head on - dog kept running �). “Had to get my oil change before a long trip I have to make. The guys were great when I asked if they could put new windshield wiper blades on and check the air in my tires. They did it and my truck is ready for the trip. I always get my oil changed with them and have never had a problem. Another plus is I can do my grocery shopping while they are doing the oil change. Highly recommend. Very nice and helpful guys that work there.”
