Rick is going to make 100% sure you are satisfied and it you see something that isn't right with your vehicle after you've driven it home, you can take it back and they make it right. He keeps you updated on everything, explains everything that the guys will need to do before they start the job. They're just awesome in what they do. They care about you the customer .”

He doesn't have a sign in front of his business so you need to map quest his location even though it's right on hwy 24-27. I will be back.”

“I scuffed up the front fender my CRV. While I was having routine service at Tim Marburger Honda I asked for a quote, however they do not do body work, suggested I may need a new fender and sent me to The Collision Center.SO I stopped by on my way home. I did not have an appointment, and wanted a quote to see if should just pay for the repair or use insurance. I was very politely asked to wait for just a minute had he would have a look.He came out and looked and said “hang on, this may not cost you anything.” He returned with a wet rag and within a few seconds the scuff was gone! Then he proceeded to go back and get or mix up some paint to touch a tiny blemish, bam fixed! This is so wordy because I recognize how rare it is these days to find someone willing to go out of their way for someone without charging them. I am also aware he could have up charged me for a fender, and chose not to.I left feeling so thankful for his kindness and honesty; I will recommend him to anyone!”
