“GREAT PRICES, FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT . I LIKE THERE POINT SYSTEM IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THE REWARDS. THEY DO NOT EXPIRE LIKE RACK ROOM. IF YOU SPEND MONEY AND EARN POINTS IT SHOULD NOT EXPIRE. SOME PEOPLE CANNOT AFFORD TO BUY SHOES IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO REDEEM THE DISCOUNT THAT YOU PAID FOR SHOES. SO YES I REALLY LIKE SHOE DEPT BECAUSE OF THE POINTS THAT DO NOT EXPIRE.... WOULD SHOP THERE AGAIN NICE QUALITY”

“The Manger was not helpful at all with a situation I had .. after calling the store and explaining to her the mistake she made she would not listen . On the other hand Caine took the initiative to handle the situation personally and each time my family went in this store he was more then helpful and would be a great Manager for this location.”
