“The people were very friendly, but I was very frustrated. I went there and walked in the door and asked where the horse troughs were. I was pointed to a room to the right of me walking in. I go in that room and there’s no troughs. I asked another gentleman and he said they were outside. I see a exit door, but I was afraid the alarm was gonna go off so I asked him if I could go out the door and he said yes I said OK so I walked out the door we went to go look at what we were trying to get a horse draw for when we came back in the door was locked and I was like what so we had to go up and all the way around to the front of the building in order to purchase it that just bothers me not sure however anybody else will feel about it, but was not impressed”

“The Manger was not helpful at all with a situation I had .. after calling the store and explaining to her the mistake she made she would not listen . On the other hand Caine took the initiative to handle the situation personally and each time my family went in this store he was more then helpful and would be a great Manager for this location.”
