“Brian at Crossroads Ford is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. He texted me throughout the major repair service I needed and kept in constant communication with updates and a completion timeline which exceeded my expections. Due to past poor experiences with other dealer service departments I started taking all my business vehicles to independent service shops. They couldnt handle a major repair I needed so I contacted the dealer I bought the vehicle from and Brian in the service dept came to the rescue. They repaired my vehicle quickly and provided a detailed invoice for everything done. I will be using Crossroads Ford for all my future service and repair needs due to the level of service Brian and his team provided. Excellent job!”

“Just moved into Apex and was looking for a local auto repair shop for my 2019 RAV4 non-hybrid. Called in before the oil change giving my car model and year and was quoted $75-85 with free tire rotation. I made an appointment since the price was similar to the dealer's price.
The shop floor was clean and organized, the staffs were nice and well dressed, and the rest area was bright and had free K-cup coffee. After checking for a few min, was informed that I had to pay extra $26 for the OW-16 synthetic required by Toyota's newer engines, which they don't stock. The service staff was nice enough to apply a $10 coupon. Anyway, I was a bit surprised since Toyota has introduced OW-16 on some models since 2018. In the end, the oil change was quick and I was out in 45 min.
I had to knock one star off due to the OW-16 synthetic oil surcharge. Pay $100 for an oil change seems to be high. However, there is an option that the customer can bring own engine oil. This might be a good shop for more complicated repair, but not for oil change on the newer Toyotas.”
“I took car to a place that didn’t feel comfortable looking at my car, they suggested apex tuning, I email them, they got me right in on a Saturday fixed it on that same Saturday, obviously Labor Day weekend so I was unable to get it until Tuesday, absolutely not a big deal especially since they got me right in and actually fixed my car!!! I work from home mostly and don’t have to drive often but of course my car would give me problems the week that I have to go in, they were super flexible with me about my work schedule and I am very pleased with the work and my overall experience.”
“Brian is by far one of the best people as well as the owner of Premier One auto. He has gone above and beyond for me and my family. He works with you on prices, cuts the dealer rates and have if not even better to get you whatever service you need. He is one of the best people that I know and one of my closest friends he always goes above and beyond for anybody, friends, family, etc. if you need work done to any of your vehicles, he can get it done. He also has rentals that help out. I have nothing more to say because he is phenomenal.”

“Friday of Memorial weekend and our family was heading to the mountains with our travel trailer when the turbo on our truck went out off 64 near Chapel Hill. Drove to Apex Ford and amazingly they had the diesel mechanic take a look, they had the part and fixed it ASAP- it was ready in an hour!!!!! A complete blessing especially since they had a 3 week backlog on repairs. Thank you for saving our fun filled holiday weekend and getting us back on the road so quickly. We can't thank you enough! Also enjoyed the delicious diner while we were there.”

“This is the best auto body shop! I crashed my car pretty bad when I was visiting my daughter in Apex. Darin and Marianna were so great to deal with. The damage was pretty severe. By the time the car was finished, it looks like the accident never happened.

I’m finding it difficult to clean areas of the vehicle due to the location of the dirt and debris. In my opinion a new purchase should not have these issues. I wish my rating could be higher, this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this.”
