We were assisted by Edward Cruz, and we had a very positive experience. Edward was professional, attentive, and respectful throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to our questions and concerns, provided clear and detailed answers, and made sure we had the support we needed, including arranging a translator for us.

“I had a very positive experience at State Employees’ Credit Union. The branch is modern, spacious, and exceptionally bright, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The facility is well maintained, with a clean layout and convenient amenities, including drive-thru lanes and a coin-counting machine.
What stood out most was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. There were very few customers during my visit, so I was helped almost immediately, and my transaction was completed quickly without any hassle.
The reason for my four-star rating is simply that there is always room for improvement, but overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. If you value a clean, comfortable banking environment and fast, courteous service, this branch is a great choice.
