Once LG finally sent the service request, Consumer Electronic Services promptly reached out to ask questions and provided clear expectations. They informed me there would be a short wait to order the part, which was reasonable.
My technician, Justin, called to schedule the repair, arrived within the three-hour window, and completed the job in less than an hour. He was professional and communicated effectively throughout the process.
The biggest issue with these warranty services seems to be dealing with the manufacturer or warranty provider. In my case, LG did a poor job communicating and even gave misleading updates before they had even contacted Consumer Electronic Services. However, once the request reached them, everything moved along swiftly.”
