The Nichols Plaza store had a mattress on the sales floor so Gem called that store that my daughter really wanted to try. Gem called the Nichols Plaza location and let William know we were headed to the store and what we were looking for. William was extremely helpful, as was Gem.I highly recommend both locations and both Gem and William. They are both so knowledgeable, patient, and kind - you both made a 13-year old very happy today. “Our bed and pillows are great and comfortable, very happy with them. What I really wanted to leave a review about was the delivery. The two men who delivered our mattress were fantastic. They were incredibly nice and helpful, beyond what they had to do. They moved an old queen mattress and box spring out of the guest room (as planned) BUT then all this extra -- also disassembled the frame in the guest room; disassembled and moved the (better quality as they pointed out) queen frame from the master to the guest room and reassembled it and re-attached the queen head board. Moved the queen bed and box spring from the master to the guest room. Then brought in my new king mattress to the master room -- being very careful of not tracking in dirt/grass from outside and being careful of my walls in a tight space as much as possible while moving what is apparently their heaviest mattress sold. I really really appreciated all the extra help, even more so because my husband was unable to be home for the delivery as originally planned to help with all of the above. Thanks you! They deserve a paid day off or something!”

“This Target is quite hidden, I didn't even know that it existed. It's probably because I've never been a fan of this shopping area due to the high traffic and weird turns, especially during busy hours of the day. I prefer to avoid this whole area entirely. Other than that, this Target is well-kept and clean. The perk about this location is the fact that it's surrounded by a lot of good eateries. That's the only reason why I would come here.”

“This store is my favorite. They are always well stocked, busy and the staff is incredible. I want to write today as so often we as shoppers forget that we need to be kind. I witnessed so much frustration at the staff today, the day after Christmas. A woman was mad because she could not use the card she had twice in one transaction. This was to protect her I'm side but I recognize the frustration. I also recognize the staff has nothing to do with it. The woman was curt and disrespectful. The staff stayed calm. When she left, the customer in front of me as well as myself told her she did well. I also reminded the staff we don't know her day. So we don't know her journey. I was impressed with the staff members grace. This is certainly my favorite Target and today proved why!”
