“Taylor was very helpful, and the whole crew as a whole were helpful as the issues did come and I drove almost an hour. But the all around vibe and teamwork was definitely a nice addition. Cleaned pressed and ready for success. I def would recommend taking the ride if your looking to upgrade. Even got some awesome deals to switch. Will def return for any needs in the future.”

“I would like to recognize Anita at T-Mobile for the outstanding service she has provided me over the past five years. She has consistently gone above and beyond to help me with every issue, question, and upgrade I’ve had. Anita is always professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure her customers are taken care of. What stands out most is her dedication and reliability. No matter the situation, she takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes the process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so committed to excellent customer service year after year. Because of Anita, my experience with T-Mobile has been exceptional. She is a true asset to the company, and I highly recommend recognizing her for the amazing work she does.”

“We moved to Fuquay from Holly springs end of July this year. We had att fiber but wasn’t offered in FV. Ting or spectrum and we went with Ting. We’ve been extremely happy with the service, it’s been 5 months and consistent speeds and connections with zero outages. Spectrum has solicited us several times since the move and they could give it to me for free and I would still pay to remain with Ting.”

“We have had a small business in the triangle for nearly a decade. Prior to switching to celito, we suffered from internet and phone disruption regularly. Ever since we made the switch to celito, we have been pleased with the attention to detail, the small business approach with resources that frankly are ten times better than big business. The professionalism is excellent and their service is literally the best in the business. We are going on year two without disruption in service. We are so thankful that high quality service providers like celito are here to support Raleigh Local Businesses, like our own. Shop local in Raleigh - and that includes celito! We highly recommend.”

“The service was quick and efficient. The monthly rates can be a little costly for the tv/internet/landline phone combination (which I currently have), but it's worth it because the programming, etc. seldom goes out.”
