Once everything was set up, my dad transported my vehicle to and from their shop, so I never actually stepped foot on the property, but I can tell they take great pride in their work, as they replaced my front bumper and my car looks brand new. I was also very pleased when I got in my car and noticed they went above and beyond and cleaned it top to bottom - inside and out! Now it REALLY looks brand new! I couldn't be happier. “I had some mild body work that needed to be done and was looking for a place. Casablanca was 1 of 3 locations open on Saturday. The place is as expected for a repair location. The also do auto sales. The gentleman came out looked at the damage stated he could fix and offered a reasonable price range. Set appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick turn around, clear communication and fair price I received. Hopefully you find the same experience as well. They will be a go to, moving forward.”
“If i could give 100 stars I truly would. This is the most honest, easy to work with, upfront and fair shop I have ever used. I have been in Trucking 26+ years and I have been an O/O for many of those. One of the biggest expenses for any owner opp are shop bills. I recently found this amazing little shop back off the road. I took my truck here to have a turbo fixed. I dropped the truck off and they called me the next day and asked me to come by and look what they found. The turbo was cracked in several places and needed to be replaced. So since it was only a ciucou months old I called the people I purchased it from and they next dayed the turbo to the shop. Larry and Daniel got to work and fixed it in a day along with an irritating coolant leak that 3 other shops had tried to fix. When I went to pick the truck up I was a bit nervous to see the bill. To my huge surprise it was very minimal!! I expected much more. This is very much a father son shop. They are a family with their roots deep into truck repair and make you feel like family when you go. They will have my business as long as I am in business. Thanks guys you have been a Good send! Oh BTW... If you go in this little shop tucked back off the road. Be prepared for Daniels fashion sense ?.”

“They have actually moved to Ward Street, but if your from High Point - you know that their Nc state inspections are always $25.00. The staff is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. If there is an issue with your vehicle, they inform you nicely and guide you on getting repairs, etc.”

“They were good at honoring the work that was previously done, even though the previous owner did some shady stuff with my paper work. I do understand new ownership takes time to get back in good standing with the community. Phillip and Shane were professional and understanding of my circumstances. They corrected the issue as soon as it was brought to their attention. If there is an area of constructive "influence", I would recommend to do a thorough walk through of all their work before releasing it back to the customers. Also communication among each other needs improvement. Won't go into details because this isn't a session for that. All in all, they did a great job with rectifying the issue. If you as will I refer and/or if they can do business with me again? "I ABSOLUTE WOULD!" Keep up the good wok guys and will see ya'll soon.”

“It's a rainy day today and just went out to check the wheel wale. "I'm sorry to say, but there is water coming in from the light panel that was replaced at the rear driver's side of my car. Melissa Abernethy, the staff and techs at East Parris Gerber Collision, High Point, responded so quickly to my concerns it was Amazing. They met me in the parking lot as soon as I drove in. My car was whisked away and in 30 minutes I was ushered back to witness a water test live to show that the leak had been corrected. Gerber, I'm still a believer in you, that I can get my vehicle repairs done right and on time. Thank you!”

“I had Alec come out to fix a chip on front bumper, Friday he came and I know it’s hard for a paint job to be done 100% perfect outside with all the debris in the air, had some debri in the paint and I messaged him about it and he came back out today and made sure to buff it all out and it came out good I’m satisfied with the results. I recommend him and this shop his customer service is great and also his work, he makes sure that you are happy with the work and that really shows that he cares about the work he does and it’s hard to find people like that now in days.”
