“I had a stereo and back up camera installed in my 2012 F150 and Bob did an excellent job! A few days later, the unit went out, so I took it back for troubleshooting. Bob said it was the unit itself and immediately replaced it for me and I was ready to go in about 30 minutes!! What is so great, is that I didn't even order the unit from Best Buy, but Bob still replaced it right then and took care of sending it back to the manufacturer for me, saving me time, money, and hassle. I was very impressed and appreciative!”

“Ace is NOT the place: Home Depot is! Especially if you need to get copies made of your house key and your contractor super-glued a cover on the key. 3 keys made by Ace Hardware did NOT work but the 3 made by Richard Osborne, Pro Department Supervisor, work beautifully! The simple task of making a key was complicated by the glued-on cover and it required two employees using snips, pliers, a knife and possibly some special incantations to remove the cover and expose the key to be copied. Richard was friendly, helpful, and thorough in his valiant and successful effort to cut me 3 shiny new keys that all work on my house. Thank you for your perseverance, Richard and Home Depot.”

“I went in to find an LED light bulb and we (me and the store manager) couldn't find it anywhere, so I just decided to get a different kind which was sitting above a price tag of $13. I went to self checkout, and it rang up for $54, so I was confused on why. Me and the lady working self checkout went back to the light section to see what happened, and apparently it was placed above the wrong tag which wasn't even their fault, and they gave it to me for $13! Being nice to the employees can make all the difference at places even though they probably would've done that anyways :) Thanks guys!!!”

“All I can say is I'm very thankful for Michelle (Pro-Sales) and Brian (Department Lead). I had $600 bucks' worth of material that needed to be picked up and returned. I was informed that Home Depot would pick up any unused material and take it back to the store for a return/refund, which is one of the reasons I chose to go with them for my building material needs. I was beginning to get frustrated due to the numerous failed attempts at trying to get HD's 3rd party delivery service to pick the material up. Thankfully, Michelle who is new to the store decided to take matters into her own hands. Michelle worked diligently to pinpoint the reasons for the 3rd party delivery services lack of action. I know this wasn't an easy task, as I was a manager at Lowes for quite some time and truly understand the headaches that come along with communicating with different 3rd party vendors. Michelle and Brian spent no telling how much time trying to get to the bottom of this situation, which they obviously didn't have to do. Finally, they came to the conclusion that the best course of action was to step away from their already hectic workday, take matters into their own hands, ride out to my house which was 20 minutes away, hand stack all the material themselves into the back of their truck and take it back to the store. This day and age you typically don't see this kind of customer service. I must say it was a breath of fresh air witnessing this above and beyond level of customer service. Home Depot has accouple of great ones in Michelle and Brian!

“Shopping for Bosch wall oven or an alternative high end oven, Ferguson showroom is of the best there is. We made a purchase. What irritated me is their automated phone system. We could not get staff to answer. After their Greenville store advertised "Open Saturday" chose to be closed with no posting beyond the front door. This wasted an hour's drive, an hour back and so phoned Asheville Ferguson to ensure were open. No one picked up the phone at 10.20 am. Rod Patteson”
“I want to commend the manager and her associates of this store for they're exceptional service during a panicked day. Snow was coming and it seemed Tractor Supply was the only place to get propane. This place was packed and there were only 3 people working. They where under attack by us consumers and even I thought it was overwhelming. However, this small staff took the bull by the horns and did their job well!! To hold it together and be so professional! Thank you!!”

“My husband and I had gone in to look at a new laptop, and although we didn't find what we were looking for, he found a Kicker amp that he's wanted for at least 10 years. It's a $400+ amp new. This one was open box, but there wasn't an updated price on it. We left empty handed, but returned the next day. We were hoping it would be $300 or less, as that was our budget. We couldn't find an associate, and, not being very patient, and not wanting to be disappointed, he went to the car. I stayed, determined to at least find out the price. I wish I remembered the young lady who happened to be walking by from a different department, because not only did she stop and help me find the price, but helped me come in wayyyy under my budget. I proudly carried that amp out to my husband, and grined from ear to ear as I handed it to him and said, you're welcome! I wish I could have captured the look of astonishment and disbelief that he was actually OWNED his dream amp. I certainly will never forget it. Thank you Best Buy, for helping me give my husband the gift of his dreams. It's refreshing to find small store customer service in a big box store. We'll definitely be back!”

“Jess arrived on time, was very professional, easily answered all my questions and explained what she was doing as she did the inspection, and was able to make repairs and clean the equipment thoroughly. I appreciate her showing me where and how to turn off the propane into the fireplace for emergencies. There was a small leak that she was able to repair quickly. She is very pleasant and answers questions in a very nice way. She knows her job well and works quickly and efficiently, leaves the work area very clean.
