“I can not say enough about the 1065 Patton Ave location!!!! I went into the store tonight 20 minutes before closing. I needed a laptop very quickly for work. I had went to the RAC down the street before this and it was very apparent tge employees could care less about helping me and just wanted me gone. But not this Rent a Center. The manager David was in the store and he went above and beyond to research the issue with my online order and fix it. Davids customer service wad honestly the best i have encountered in any RAC EVER. My husband and i were so impressed we ended up placing multiple orders . Despite the fact the laptop i wanted was not in stock David placed the order and made sure i left with a loaner. Even though the store had technically closed an hour ago you wouldnt have known it by the way were taken care of . Candy also helped us and went above and beyond to make sure i got what i needed. This store is under nee management and i know the will go places. I just cant say enough postive things. 5 stars isnt enough. I will never go to another RAC. This store is it !!!!!!”
“This is a wonderful company. I’ve been doing business with them for a couple of years now and the people have been absolutely lovely the whole time. The service and communication are super reliable and consistent, and everyone is friendly and professional.And the water is fantastic!! I drink WAY more water, and less other junk now because it’s so good! I buy so much less sparkling water and other drinks now, that I’m sure it saves me money, too. I was just on a trip to Florida for a week and the water was so gross! I didn’t drink nearly enough while I was there because of it. As we were driving home from the airport I actually said “I am so excited to drink good water again!”The water has also been really good for my pets. I have a little bunny who kept having major unexplained issues with her tummy, so after several emergency vet visits I started ordering the water because her vet said the chlorine and fluoride in city water could be really bad for her; and we were running out of ideas and possible explanations. It could be coincidence, but she’s done a whole lot better ever since. No more scary and expensive vet visits! (That alone WELL offsets the cost of the water.) And now we all benefit!I really can’t say enough good things about Blue Moon. This company really has proven to model everything I always hope to experience when I do business with them. If you’re still drinking city water give this a try for a month. You can rent a cooler from them, and there’s no commitment so if you don’t want to continue after that you’re not stuck. I promise I’m just a happy customer and not getting paid, or an employee or anything. :)”
“Exceptional service from Asst. Manager Bobby for a return which we purchased at the Clayton,Ga store. We lost the receipt but he honored our return and issued a gift card for the amount. He was very understanding and came up to the service desk when the supervisor called him up to help when he wasn't going to help us.”

“I went in to find an LED light bulb and we (me and the store manager) couldn't find it anywhere, so I just decided to get a different kind which was sitting above a price tag of $13. I went to self checkout, and it rang up for $54, so I was confused on why. Me and the lady working self checkout went back to the light section to see what happened, and apparently it was placed above the wrong tag which wasn't even their fault, and they gave it to me for $13! Being nice to the employees can make all the difference at places even though they probably would've done that anyways :) Thanks guys!!!”
“Shopping for Bosch wall oven or an alternative high end oven, Ferguson showroom is of the best there is. We made a purchase. What irritated me is their automated phone system. We could not get staff to answer. After their Greenville store advertised "Open Saturday" chose to be closed with no posting beyond the front door. This wasted an hour's drive, an hour back and so phoned Asheville Ferguson to ensure were open. No one picked up the phone at 10.20 am. Rod Patteson”

Super helpful associates, e.g., Roy in lumber or folks at the Pro Desk for Ryobi kits, Milwaukee tools, or bigger jobs. Staff often walks you to items and gives solid advice.
Competitive prices, reliable tool rentals, easy in-store returns, and clean, well-organized stores.
Cons:
Delivery can be spotty.
Busy times mean longer lines, especially weekends.
Great for in-person shopping and local projects in the Asheville area. Skip delivery for heavy items if possible. Convenience and variety keep me coming back.”
