“When a car kicked up a rock shattering a small portion of my windshield, I called my insurance agent for a recommendation as to how to assess and repair the damage. They said people really like Tri State Auto Glass so I booked an appointment. Upon receiving a warm welcome when I walked into the office, I knew I was going to like this place. They had created an inviting seating area with large TV monitor and offered free WiFi. In no time, the job was handled and I was stunned that the repair, which cost about $50, left only the smallest dot of where the shattered mark once was. I got to chat with the office manager, Stephanie, when paying my bill and knew customer service was more than lip service. Great family-run business!”

“I’m maybe a year late in reviewing, however these guys went above and beyond! They drove past my place as I was fending off a bear breaking into my garage (I was not a customer). They stopped, got out, fended off the bear for me, offered to fix the window the bear broke, and when my rental company refused to care or come out to fix it, they fixed it for me free of charge.
