“A+++ communication. Very reassuring during the process. I was NEVER wondering what was going on with our car repair. Cody gave us a call every week regarding the status of our vehicle. Very thorough. And an absolute gentleman to deal with. I'm leaving this review before getting our car back because I am that impressed with their level of customer service. 10/10 would recommend. (FYI, we got in low speed head on collision. They are fixing the front end damage.).”
“Very easy to schedule, appointments available within days, traveled to my home to repair windshield. Technician was personable and conscientious. My only complaint was that from the initial quote to check out, charges were added, that were not clearly indirectly explained. I was able to find what they were about by looking at the fine print, but I think they should have been much more straightforward about those additional fees.”
