“I went into Best Buy on Saturday morning looking to purchase an iPad Mini. I was greeted when I walked into the store and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I told the guy, and he pointed me in the direction of the iPads and said that he would have someone meet me back there. I made my way to the back and was greeted by a smiling Taihron. Taihron was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. (I'm not very technologically savvy.) He explained the different features of iPad vs. Samsung, per my request, even though I was pretty set on what I wanted. Unfortunately, they ended up not having any iPad Minis in stock. Taihron did not try to push me to buy another product, which I truly appreciated. He did explain that they could ship an iPad Mini to me, but I wanted to go home with it the same day. He was very understanding and let me know that he was here to help if I changed my mind. So, even though I didn't get the product I went in for, I left with knowledge and a feeling of contentment due to the conversation with Taihron and not having to deal with a pushy salesman. Side note, the store was clean, and all other employees I encountered were friendly as well. I'll be back!”

Today they really saved me thousands of dollars and a ten year client relationship by tenaciously working to restore a computer with a bad hard drive I hadn’t backed up. Ryan is the owner but don’t feel like you’re getting the second string if Levi is on the case. I owe him big time.”

“Speedy service. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra through a third party. It was $400 off. The best deal out of all the tablets Samsung has out right now. The Samsung Galaxy was just released and after watching several videos comparing them to one another. The s8 and the s9 have only a few differences however having a brand new s8 to trade in off and when I feel the need to do so, paying a considerable amount less than most with an equally considerable trade in value. Work all that said Best Buy had the best deals on tablets.I opted for curbside because it was bitterly cold. I didn't even get a chance to sign in before the gentleman was carrying it out to me. He also made sure to get the required identifying information from me as well. All around good experience. The Arden location is also equally good. I purchased a 65-inch LG smart TV last month for$300. I was shocked at how cheap but it was part of their black Friday sale. A male employee took the time to get me caught up on all the different new TV resolutions out now which made me more confident that i was making q good purchase”
