“I went into Best Buy on Saturday morning looking to purchase an iPad Mini. I was greeted when I walked into the store and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I told the guy, and he pointed me in the direction of the iPads and said that he would have someone meet me back there. I made my way to the back and was greeted by a smiling Taihron. Taihron was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. (I'm not very technologically savvy.) He explained the different features of iPad vs. Samsung, per my request, even though I was pretty set on what I wanted. Unfortunately, they ended up not having any iPad Minis in stock. Taihron did not try to push me to buy another product, which I truly appreciated. He did explain that they could ship an iPad Mini to me, but I wanted to go home with it the same day. He was very understanding and let me know that he was here to help if I changed my mind. So, even though I didn't get the product I went in for, I left with knowledge and a feeling of contentment due to the conversation with Taihron and not having to deal with a pushy salesman. Side note, the store was clean, and all other employees I encountered were friendly as well. I'll be back!”

“I got amazing help from Calix at the Verizon store. First he solved the problem I have with getting a new phone, by suggesting the same phone in a new model, which I am very happy with. He then spent several hours getting it set up so that I could use it with the same apps, etc that I had before, and retrieving all my information from my old phone. Could not be happier with the help I got and the result.”

“I think I was in targets more on this trip than I have been in the last 2 years. If I'm being honest I wasn't shopping for myself. I'm traveling with my kids and because of food allergies and such Target tends to carry things that they can have while other stores do not. It was fairly early in the day and we wandered in to see if they could find something to eat along with visiting some of the other departments. I actually found a couple of items that would probably make decent gifts for some people back home.They were able to find just what they were looking for. I on the other hand wasn't able to find anything really useful for myself. Still it was a pretty nice store and employees came across as very friendly.”

“Alexis helped me when she didn't have to nor did I know I needed help. I wasn't happy with that store at the time either, I still like that store. But she is fantastic. Got to the problems and took action. She didn't borne training to explain the why my account was wrong because I would've understood, I'm the customer, I just want it fixed and not worry. Alexis did that for me. Top marks!”
