“We don't have Ingles in the immediate Charlotte area which is a bummer. I'll chose an Ingles when I'm away from Charlotte because they're usually pretty awesome and this one is no exception.Clean, well stocked, bright and with employees who are friendly and helpful. I placed an order at the deli counter and returned after doing some other shopping. This is good customer service and I'm sure it's more efficient for them, too. Why keep a customer standing around, right?The shelves are leveled, there was no garbage or trash on the floor, and they have a Starbucks at the entrance. “Well, first of all, I pulled up the pump and I looked around sparkling clean. I mean, I could eat off of the blacktop not only to mention it has the best gas prices in town. I had to fuel up my gas burning vacuum that I use to vacuum in my coal mine, this is the place that I will give my business. A beaming light of the Asheville area is Shell gas station anyone that comes to Asheville should stop here.”

“Kounty Line Shell station in Fletcher have a friendly staff, always greeted with a smile and a good morning, afternoon, or evening! Dropped children off at school by 8 am, drove to Shell for oil change and inspection, was done by 8:55 am, and price was reasonable $69 for both services with fluid top off! The mechanics are always friendly and fast with consideration for your time. Always a gem when I stop here.”

“This is an easy gas station to get in-and-out of. The Marathon across Long Shoals Road is much more difficult to get in-and-out since the access road going into Biltmore Park Townsquare has more traffic and also a divider and occasional pedestrians trying to cross the road with no cross-walks. Fill up at the Shell and avoid the traffic and hassle.”
