“5 stars! I don’t usually read 5 star or 1 star reviews because they tend to be lazily written or they are valid but from a one time experience. Today I was looking for something very specific and a manager that has a desk that’s right about the center and rear of the building took longer than an hour, if not more, to help me compare different models and designs with both hands a on comparisons as well as looking up reviews. There was another guy helping me and I couldn’t figure out who the manager was until I looked around with them and asked. I was also on a very critical timeframe and I could tell they understood and really empathized. This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at any of the Lowe’s stores I’ve been to and believe I have been in many and frequently. The manager I speak of has helped me before with something else very specific and was awesome then as well. Great sense of humor too! Thanks to you both and the rest of your team!”

“I want to commend the manager and her associates of this store for they're exceptional service during a panicked day. Snow was coming and it seemed Tractor Supply was the only place to get propane. This place was packed and there were only 3 people working. They where under attack by us consumers and even I thought it was overwhelming.
