“We purchased enough lumber to build a handicap ramp recently and had the best service from Patty at the Pro Desk! She walked us through the registration process for the Pro Xtra program, rang up our purchases from across the room, got us a discount and made the whole transaction so pleasant. That store has a gem in Patty, they better hold on to her ❤️”
“Clark and Greg were wonderful to work with. They answered all of my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated all of their help and would definitely recommend them!”
“Had the Best experience at the Hendersonville Lowe’s thanks to a super employee iverson. He went above and beyond to assist us with purchase of a water cooler. I am a retired customer service manager and I appreciate stellar customer service and always recognize it. He deserves a raise.”

“We enjoy coming to this store! We are always greeted with a smile and a friendly face. We were looking for door knobs on new doors in our home. Gene was a tremendous help very pleasant and we enjoyed talking to him! This Store is great and have knowledgeable folks to help you. We have to drive 45 minutes to get to the store, we do not have a local Home Depot. It’s worth the drive!!!!! Thanks again, Gene!!!!”
