“Yes I can see why the place is very close to 5 stars on average, which is obviously very difficult for a business to achieve. None of the stuff for woodworking seems to be inexpensive, and this place is no exception. But overall the selection and proximity to my home make this worth doing. Like the community message board.Just remember that if you buy wood from an air conditioned shop like this one, don't rest it on the floor or, while it acclimates to a more humid environment, it will deform! Store it upright for a few days in your garage (during the warm months) so that both long sides get equal exposure to humidity. Quartersawn wood excepted, of course.”

“I was there on 11/28/23. There was a line at check out, as we were all waiting a customer started preaching about God and freedom. He was being extremely loud and disrespectful, the staff handled it with professionalism and grace. It's a shame grown adults act like children in public but the team at harbor freight handled it with ease. On top of that i had just come from home depot and the level of customer service I received here blew them away. Great store and a great team!”

I needed a socket so I could attempt a first time lamp repair, and I was greeted at the door with a request for help.By leading me straight to the aisle needed, and matching a replacement socket, I was out in 10 minutes and my dog enjoyed a treat from the cashier. “Went in here the other day to get a part for a friend. She called ahead and they set it aside for her. It was ready whenever I got there in two hours.The front desk greets you right as you walk in. I found the staff to be incredibly kind and helpful. They actually had a surprising amount of cat food which was pretty mind blowing. I think they have a lot of pet stuff actually. Some of it was on sale, but in general it's normal And or expensive prices. Very clean store. A little hard to get into but good parking.”

“My visit to Madden Ace Hardware was un planned. I was on my way to Home Depot and stopped ar McDonald's for breakfast at River Ridge. While in the parking lot I saw Ace and thought why drive to another place and by paint. Nice clean store, the staff were helpful and nice. They had Benjamin Moore paint and it worked great as you'd expect. It's a handy to get to place, give it a look over.”
