“This Best Buy came highly recommended from a friend of mine that recently moved to town with his wife & two kids. He used the Best Buy financing plan to install a home theater & used the associated financing bonus to completely cover a brand-new desktop for his family. I needed a laptop, so I did some preliminary research & then ultimately came into the store. I'm very glad I did. Robin looked over my notes & recommended a different laptop based on my usage needs. Robin was up to date on the latest software technology & made sure I didn't purchase a product whose core function would be obsolete within the next year. I'm also very glad Robin made me aware of the Best Buy protection plans so I don't have to worry about spilling coffee on the keyboard or coming home to a wagging tail that knocks over a speaker. Thank you to everyone for an awesome customer experience, & I look forward to continuing to upgrade the house!”

“Bob was great and was able to come out and fix my dryer the same week I called him. It was a pretty quick fix and he did the job well, while also recommending things to make sure the dryer didn't stop working again.
I'll definitely call him again when another appliance breaks.”
“I can not say enough about the 1065 Patton Ave location!!!! I went into the store tonight 20 minutes before closing. I needed a laptop very quickly for work. I had went to the RAC down the street before this and it was very apparent tge employees could care less about helping me and just wanted me gone. But not this Rent a Center. The manager David was in the store and he went above and beyond to research the issue with my online order and fix it. Davids customer service wad honestly the best i have encountered in any RAC EVER. My husband and i were so impressed we ended up placing multiple orders . Despite the fact the laptop i wanted was not in stock David placed the order and made sure i left with a loaner. Even though the store had technically closed an hour ago you wouldnt have known it by the way were taken care of . Candy also helped us and went above and beyond to make sure i got what i needed. This store is under nee management and i know the will go places. I just cant say enough postive things. 5 stars isnt enough. I will never go to another RAC. This store is it !!!!!!”

“Ace is NOT the place: Home Depot is! Especially if you need to get copies made of your house key and your contractor super-glued a cover on the key. 3 keys made by Ace Hardware did NOT work but the 3 made by Richard Osborne, Pro Department Supervisor, work beautifully! The simple task of making a key was complicated by the glued-on cover and it required two employees using snips, pliers, a knife and possibly some special incantations to remove the cover and expose the key to be copied. Richard was friendly, helpful, and thorough in his valiant and successful effort to cut me 3 shiny new keys that all work on my house. Thank you for your perseverance, Richard and Home Depot.”

“Exceptional service from Asst. Manager Bobby for a return which we purchased at the Clayton,Ga store. We lost the receipt but he honored our return and issued a gift card for the amount. He was very understanding and came up to the service desk when the supervisor called him up to help when he wasn't going to help us.”

“We were absolutely blown away by the amazing craftsmanship and design of Levi and his crew! We reached out to several local gas log dealers to try and redo our gas fireplace to actually heat the space rather than just be aesthetic. We couldn’t find anyone who could deliver. Levi used AI to show us what it could look like and after visiting his showroom, we chose logs that were both beautiful and would heat our space. His guys were so meticulous in keeping the mess to a minimum and protecting our hardwood floors during construction. We couldn’t be happier with the final result! The new fireplace is not only functional but also a statement piece in our living room. Thank you again for everything!”
